GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

PRESENTATION :
The hotel owner can refuse the customers with an indecent or untidy dresses and the guests with loud, agressive, cynical, or rude behavior and disorderly conduct.

PAYMENT :
The stay amount has to be settled on the arrival. All major credit cards are accepted : You can use the Visa and the Mastercard, our hotel have a secure booking service . We ‘re asking anyone who staying in our hotel an identity card. If you can’t give us this document, we shall refuse your request of room rent.


IF YOU HAVE TO CUT SHORT YOUR STAY :
Of any last minute difficulties, after that time the management reserves the right to reoccupy the accommodation without notifying the client.


ANY CANCELLATION must be notified 48H after the date of arrival (Except not refundable offer). At the end of this period, The reservation must be paid.

In case of force majeure (death, accident, strike) the hotel will not sell the credit card serving as guarantee or will restore the deposit paid on production of a documentary evidence.

Deposit: in case of cancellation more than 10 days of the date of arrival, the deposit will be kept by the hotel for a next stay, is valid until  the end of the season  or paid off deduction made of the first night.


THE NO SHOW is considered like an acceptation of the payement of the stay.


THE TOURISM TAXE, not included in the price of the reservation, it’s applicated in the city, it’is payable on site.


THE ACCESS TO THE ROOMS : The rooms are available at 14h00 and it must be left before 12h00. Be careful late check out after 12h00 will be charged as one extra night.
If you want to stay an extra night it has to be done before 11 am, depending on availability. Also the rooms are only available for a number of persons. To respect the rules of security of our hotel, it is forbidden to accommodate extra people in your room.
Thanks to be careful that the doors of the rooms are closed before leaving the room or sleep.


PROHIBITIONS : we remind you that smoking is forbidden in all the public places since 2 January 2008. It is also forbid to smoke in your room for safety reasons. It is forbidden to use in the rooms gas appliances, example: stove, etc....


ANIMALS : Pets are accepted under certain conditions with a 8€ extra charge per night. They must be on the leash while inside the hotel. For sanitary reasons, the pets are not allowed in the breakfast room and they must not stay alone in the room. If any deterioration, the germicidal sanitizing of the room will be charged 50€.


THE BREAKFAST : The breakfast is served as a buffet from 7h30 am to 10H30 am on the week and from 8h00  am to 11h00 am on the week-end in the breakfast room on the ground floor.


THE FRONT DESK : The front desk is not responsible for your luggages or things left in the public areas.


DETERIORATION : We ask you to respect this place and the decoration of your room. In case of problem, the customer will have to engage his civil responsability. Also for the disappearance of the towels, bath mats, pillows, braids etc…During you stay, we will give you a key card to access in your room. If you loose your key card, the refurbishment will be charged at the current rate.
In case of early departures, think to leave your key card in your room or in the mailbox at the entrance of the hotel and you have to check if you have closed well the door of your room.


NOISY : For the respect of the rest of the other guests, be careful not to slam doors and not to make any noise particulary between 10h pm to 8h am. All noises of neighbours because of a person or a pet under your responsabilities, it could give us the right to ask you to leave our hotel, when the noise affect the quietness of our guests. (art. R.1334-30 et R ;1334-31 du Code de la Santé Publique). A room of a hotel is a place to rest.  Any trade is strickly forbidden.


THE INTERNAL RULES of the hotel apply to all booking. 


Any stay constitude your acceptance of the particular terms and the internal rules of the hotel.


IN THE EVENT OF FAILURE TO COMPLY THEIR RULES BY THE GUESTS, THE HOTELKEEPER WILL BE IN THE OBLIGATION TO INVITE THE CUSTOMER TO LEAVE THE HOTEL AND IT IS TRUE WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION.
