PRESENTATION : The hotelier has the freedom not to receive guests whose attire is indecent and neglected, guests who have noisy or improper behaviour, guests whose behaviour is contrary to morality and public order.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS : Credit card and cash. The balance of the stay is payable on arrival. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard. We ask anyone staying at our establishment to present an identity document for payments by cheque or holiday voucher. In the event that you are unable to provide us with this document, we will be obliged not to grant your request for room rental.
IN CASE OF INTERRUPTION OF THE STAY, no refund will be made. Similarly, in the event of early departure, the stay is due in its entirety. Late arrivals or early departures may under no circumstances give rise to a refund.
ANY CANCELLATION must reach us 48 hours before the arrival date (except for non-refundable offers). If this deadline is exceeded, the reservation is due.
A NO SHOW is considered as the effective taking of the room.
THE CITY TAXES is not included in the price of the reservation, is in force in the municipality. It is payable on site.
ACCESS TO ROOMS : Rooms are available FROM 14:00 and must be vacated before 12:00. Attention, in case of departure after that, you will be charged an extra night.
If you wish to keep the room for an additional night, payment for the room must be made before 11:00 am, subject to availability. In addition, your room is intended for a specific number of people; to ensure the hotel’s security rules, you must under no circumstances accommodate additional people. Please ensure that the door to your room is properly closed before leaving or going to bed.
THINGS THAT ARE PROHIBITED : We remind you that the smoking ban has been in effect in all public places since January 2, 2008. Smoking is also absolutely prohibited in the rooms for obvious reasons of safety and comfort (non-compliance will result in an allowance of 50€/stay to restore the room). It is forbidden to use gas appliances in the chambers, for example: stove, etc…
ANIMALS : Animals are accepted but subject to conditions: Be kept on a leash in all common areas of our establishment. For reasons of hygiene, pets are not allowed in the breakfast room and should not be left alone in the room. The rate per animal is 8€/night (in case of degradation, bactericidal disinfection of the room will be charged 50€).
BREAKFAST is served from 7:30 am to 10:30 am on weekdays – from 8:00 am to 11:00 am on weekends in the room provided for this purpose.
FRONT DESK declines all responsibility for your luggage or objects left in the common areas.
DEGRADATION : We ask you to respect the premises and the decoration of your room.
In the event of a problem, the customer must incur civil liability. The same applies to the disappearance of towels, carpets, pillows, duvets, etc. During your stay, you will be given a card allowing you free access to your room.
In the event of loss, the repair will be invoiced at the current rate. In case of early morning departure, remember to leave your access card in the room or in the small mailbox at the hotel entrance and make sure to close the door behind you.
NOISE : To respect the rest of the other guests, be careful not to slam the doors or make too much noise, especially between 10pm and 8am.
Any neighbourhood noise related to the behaviour of a person or animal under his responsibility may lead the hotelkeeper to invite the guest to leave the establishment without the need for acoustic measurements, as long as the noise generated is likely to affect the tranquillity of the guests (art. R. 1334-30 and R. 1334-31 of the Code de la Santé Publique). A hotel room is a place of rest. All trade is strictly prohibited.
This hotel’s RULES apply to all bookings.
Any stay implies the acceptance of the special conditions and the hotel’s internal regulations.
IN THE EVENT OF NON-COMPLIANCE BY THE GUEST WITH ANY OF THESE PROVISIONS, THE HOTELIER WILL BE OBLIGED TO INVITE THE GUEST TO LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION.
